SHIBUYA: OCTOPUS ARMY
Coveted as the governing force of the Tokyo UG. They are the most diverse group and are constantly at odds with more criminal gangs wanting to claim their turf. Though currently known as benevolent and honorable, they have a dark history.
OMOTESANDO: KURONEKOKA
The most prominent Bosuzoku in Tokyo, and one of the last remaining true Sukeban Gangs. Though there are men affiliated with the group, they are mostly boyfriends or brothers of members, and perform menial tasks.
SHINSEN: PURPLE P!
Though a smaller gang, they've made a name for themselves being a fun-loving group obsessed with gambling and parlor games. They've gone off the radar recently, though their hobby and game shop is still in the vicinity.
BROADWAY: NAKANO OCTOPI
During an earlier phase of the OA's life, a number of rudies splintered off and migrated to Nakano-Broadway. This sister group has since developed a more reckless, grungier demeanor than the OA, but still holds fast to the same values.
TSUKIJI: YELLOWTAILS (MARLONS)
The Marlons were a notorious Boryokudan known for Black Market scandals and sex trafficking. After particular events completely decimated the Tsukiji Marlons, the benevolent and charitable Yellowtails rose in their place.
SUEHIROCHO: AKIBA-KEI
An ever recusant group of vagabonds claiming to be the "True Soul of Akihabara". In recent days have been armed with guns (which are 100% illegal in Tokyo). Both the Police and the OA have been on a wild goose chase hunting for their arms dealer.

THE KINGDOM OF EDO
An organization comprised of all of the leading representatives of Tokyo's (and effectively, the world's) leading companies and entrepreneurs. Though established to protect the integrity of Tokyo's global economic stability, there is corruption hiding deep at its heart. Members are branded on their right arm with a band-like tattoo resembling the insigina, with 1 yellow stripe for every title.
EINHÜNDERTMARK I.E.G.
Internationally renowned and German born, this company is the leading source of equipment, personnel, and revenue for the growing casino and entertainment market around the world. The founder, Arnold Alexander Schindler, is currently the richest man in Japan and is hailed by his peers as Gaikkoku no Ou, or "The Foreign King".
DEOXYRIBONUCLIEC ARTICULATIONS
Establishing itself in Northern UK, D.N.ARTS has quickly made a name for itself as one of the most influential and progressive medical research companies of it's time, making major strides in genetics. After earning it's way into the International market, a representative was sent to Tokyo to join as a member of the KoE.
N O Ë L L E
A rapidly growing conglomerate run by Schindler's long time friend, Kristophe Klaus. In addition to owning a number of high-end restaurants and entertainment venues, NOËLLE is also a founder and funder of various Red Light Districts across the world, including various brothels and strip clubs.
SEEDGLEN ENTERPRISES
One of the legacy companies of Japan and a founding company of the Kingdom of Edo, Seedglen Enterprises is known for providing services from Eco-friendly waste management to technology for Academic Institutions. Though the founders are of Greek heritage, their lineage has introduced Japanese and African bloodlines as well. They are currently the only company to rival EINHÜNDERTMARK in capital.
THE ROSEWOOD FOUNDATION
An incredibly powerful zaibatsu with enough individual franchises to kickstart any country's economy on their own. Despite their wealth, the Rosewood family is small and wanting for well trained entrepreneurs. The current head of the foundation has arranged his eldest daughter to marry the next heir of Seedglen Enterprises in vain desperation.
OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
THE INTERNATIONAL POLICE FORCE (INTERPOL) (ICPO)
Since the unprecedented events on the 1982 "Santa Arséne" incident, and the following "Devil's Playground" Incident in the Unified Kingdom in 1985, the International Criminal Police Organization, or INTERPOL, has greatly advanced their numbers, forces, and agenda to stop international criminal syndicates and bioterrorism. Though the Tokyo and Japanese Police Forces have remained relatively separate from INTERPOL due to both firearm and detainment policies, a growing concern of both black market influence and a possible terrorist hideout located on the coastline has them reluctantly choosing to ally themselves with both a premiere detective of the ICPO wise beyond his years, and members of the infamous elite team UNITED.
THE LOVELY LADIES OF LUCK (TRIPLE L)
-As infamous as they are attractive, this relatively enigmatic group of modern-day robin hoods have recently been making a name for themselves running casinos and arcades completely out of business with their tactical high-rolling schemes. No one knows who the members of this group are in particular, nor does anyone know how they accomplish their feats. All actual knowledge of them is directly related to their calling cards often received prior to the night of the killing jackpot, and the fact that their demographic has never exceeded the Greater Edo region. It can be inferred, however, that these women are related in some form to several members of the Kingdom of Edo notorious for holding the titles of "Gambling Lords".
THE GRINDRAIL FILE
High-Class Criminals, Bio-Terrorists, Homicidal Maniacs and Serial Killers, Cult Organizations, Occult Practitioners, and all sorts of other horrible evils roam around the world, and it seems some of the majority of them been converging towards Japan lately. Though there is no discerned correlation yet, a list of notable threats on a path towards the Land of the Rising Sun has been documented in a file codenamed "The GrindRail". Though a useful list to have, even the police aren't equipped for the battles which would ensue. One must wonder what kind of individuals it would take to actually utilize a list like this, as the levels of corruption, perversion, and illegal dealings certainly exceed the abilities of what both the Tokyo UG and the Kingdom of Edo could ever dream…
